Amendments to ECAG By Laws

At the October meeting it was voted to change the By Laws as follows:
Starting in January 2009, we will no longer have monthly meetings.
We will have one annual meeting in December of each year.
The President will have the option of calling a meeting as deemed necessary but must
notify members at least ten days before the meeting.
There will be monthly board meetings and newsletters, with the exception of June, July and August.
Interested members may attend these board meetings.  Time and place of board meetings will be announced on the website.
While we will not be having monthly meetings, we are planning to have workshops during the year.  The president and vice president will be responsible for scheduling these workshops and the membership will be notified in the newsletters and on the website.

The By Laws are posted on our website (www.elmorecountyartguild.com
).  Click on the "About Us" button and then click on "By Laws" near the bottom of the page.
