Plans are already underway for the 2018 Sparking the Arts Youth art show. The date for the reception is May 8, 2018, at the Wetumpka Civic Center. Wetumpka Library Reading Program Art Project
The Elmore County Art Guild once again provided the art project for the Wetumpka Library Reading Program in July. Shirley Esco, president of ECAG, led the children in this project. There were several volunteers that assisted her.

Outreach Volunteers Needed
The Elmore County Art Guild needs volunteers to conduct art projects at the Wetumpka Senior Center four times per year. Guild members plan and direct an art activity for the seniors designed to offer encouragement and a creative outlet for the participants.
