Michael Young
 

Michael Young has been in the woodworking industry
for over 30 years.  Specializing in interior movable
louvers as a practical and functional window treatment.
(Plantation Shutters)  He and his son also build high end
furniture.  However, his love for the lathe has evolved
over the years.  He quickly realized that he could let his
creativity run endlessly with all the unlimited resources
available. Creating bowls, vases, sculptures soon became
a passion.  He is mainly self taught but thirsts for
knowledge from other turners as each has wisdom to
be absorbed.  His love for wood has been his driving
force for continued creativity.
