SEPTEMBER 2009 ECAG MEETING:      Thank you for the great turnout for our first meeting after a summer break.  We are very pleased to find a suitable place for our meetings.  It was voted on and passed by the Guild to start back with the monthly meetings.  Shoneys manager has graciously given us permission to have our monthly meetings there.

ECAG BOARD MEETING:  The ECAG board meetings will be held at Shoneys also.  These meetings will be at 10:45 a.m. on the same Wednesdays as the membership meetings.  All officers and show and committee chairpersons are encouraged to attend these meetings.

CHRISTMAS ON THE COOSA ART SHOW AND YOUTH ART SHOW:  The date for the Christmas on the Coosa Art Show is December 12th.  Theme for this show is Glimpses of Elmore County.

The dates for the youth art show, Sparking the Arts, will be posted as soon as we have that information.

WINTER ART SHOW:   The winter art show will be in February 2010.  Jim Harris is requesting each member turn in additions/corrections to or removals from the invitation list be turned in to him.  Now is a good time to start doing this.
